For over five decades, Deluxe was an industry leader, pioneering new processes including the introduction of structural steel into modular buildings in 1982. Rather than designing every building from scratch, iBUILT’s buildings are designed as systems that can autonomously adapt to the needs of each client and the constraints of each site. Using this system, our clients can quickly explore a large variety of building options for their site, while getting accurate, real-time information about the cost and the timeframe associated with each option.
Despite the early promise of Building Information Modeling (BIM), the fragmentation of the building industry has prevented this technology from having an impact on the way buildings are designed, built, and occupied. iBUILT is changing this paradigm to enable the realization of BIM’s full potential.
The company’s integrated and automated technology enables production of a highly detailed Digital Twin model of every iBUILT building. The model encodes all of the instructions for the building, including how to manufacture it, how to assemble it, and how to most effectively manage it once construction is complete.

The Fast Track deliverable includes comprehensive interior and exterior designs; 70%+ of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire prevention drawings; a complete schedule of finishes; and a guaranteed schedule and price.
NO CHANGE ORDERS
iBUILT will never put forward a change order unless it is requested by our client. This is in sharp contrast to the conventional development process, where contractors routinely ‘low-ball’ their initial bids to win the job, and then rely on change orders during construction to significantly increase their prices. In fact, change orders usually add between 11% – 40% to initial quoted prices.
