A HALF CENTURY OF KNOWLEDGE, INTEGRITY & RESULTS
Our firm has a long and successful history dating back to 1965 when William B. Hardman developed Avalon Mall in St. John’s under Hardman, Bryson & Associates Limited. Projects in the following years helped establish our reputation in the region and eventually, in 1973, our firm transitioned into The Hardman Group Limited.
We have been in continuous operation since then. HGL has experienced many changes throughout the last fifty + years, from fluctuations in the real estate industry to changes in technology. We've achieved longevity by having the right team in place and by embracing the changes.

Two of our recent developments include an eight-story residential/commercial building in downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland and a multi-phased office campus in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
