CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PK Construction controls the entire construction process, beginning with the overall budget, schedule, and project requirements. We expedite construction by logically sequencing the activities of all trades and suppliers. Cost control is systematically managed during the construction process. On-site meetings provide a system of accountability and result in strict adherence to the overall construction schedule. These meetings review progress, secure scheduling and supply commitments for upcoming activities. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Based on your requirements, PK Construction works with you and your team, as well as key trades, to manage all aspects of your project starting from the design phase straight through to completion. Our approach to pre-construction planning allows for all necessary considerations to be pre-planned in the most efficient way possible for your project, saving both time and money. Upon completion of construction drawings, competitive bids are
