Our Story Photo of Neelands Refrigeration The high standards of customer service and quality workmanship that define Neelands Group Limited were first established by company founder Reg Neelands over five decades ago.

In the late 1950s, more supermarkets were appearing and Reg determined that there was a growing demand for commercial refrigeration services. Since the 1958 opening of Neelands Refrigeration in Burlington ON, those same standards of reliability and accountability have been maintained. They continue under the direction of son Noel Neelands, president of the company. "My father built the company with top quality standards in mind right from day one," says Noel. "We attracted the most qualified employees and established a loyal customer base with our reputation for honest and fair dealing."With this family continuity, the company outlook has not changed in nearly 60 years.
