• Construction management: MARANT takes a collaborative approach to the construction management process by integrating the design development phase with a pre-construction process. We provide preliminary budget estimates, value engineering as required, provide sub-trade planning approaches, pre-order long-lead items and warehouse, attend pre-tender drawing reviews, and produce, monitor and implement schedules.
• General contracting: Our approach is to carefully review tender documents when they are received and prepare a list of clarifications for the prime consultant to address. This ensures that our pricing is as complete as possible and helps to avoid future cost issues.
• Pre-Lease services: We are well qualified to consult in a strategic capacity with members of the real estate and project management community during pre-lease negotiations. We complete an overview space audit related to systems and existing conditions and prepare budget estimates and preliminary construction timelines based on feasibility plans completed by the design consultant.
