2003

The Beginning

What started as a small rental business has grown into a bold new direction for offsite modular construction. Once Falcon Structures began modifying shipping containers into structures for storage, living and workspace, customers came to us with more and more requests for containers structures.

Our Mission

We’ve since made it our mission to revolutionize the construction industry with modular container-based structures. Falcon now manufactures everything from simple air-conditioned storage units to the building blocks for multi-story sports stadiums. Along the way, our structures have won numerous awards from the Modular Building Institute (MBI).

2018

Progress Through Safe, Sensible Building Code

Falcon became the first in-house container structure manufacturer to receive an ESR, an Evaluation Service Report from the International Code Council indicating that we can provide structurally sound containers for use in buildings.
